Packaging: Steel and pre-painted sheets now available. 24" x 24" size (lay-in or nail-up).
Shipping via truck: Freight charges may be prepaid payable to the carrier by you directly. Frieght charges and volume discounts will be calculated and confirmed via email.
Shipping via UPS: Shipping Rates calculated by UPS for all orders. Except for large orders shipped by Truck courier, please contact us for more details. 20 pcx/box for UPS orders. Cornices can also be shipped via UPS.
Returns: Product claims, disputes and/or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. We can not accept returns that are initiated beyond 7 days of receipt of product. Product can only be returned upon authorization from Tin Ceiling Xpress. Call us at 1- 800-570-0592 and request a return authorization. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization number that will need to be posted on every package of returned merchandise in order to receive a refund or exchange.
